2. I want to give you nutrition information: information about vegan ingredients, vegan substitutions, sweeteners, soy, basic nutrition, etc. I am not a dietician. However, I have done a lot of research. I have read many books about the vegan diet and have watched many videos about veganism.

3. I want to give you information about vegan companies, restaurants, favorite blogs, favorite movies, etc.
